This sweet wedding at Champoeg State Park was the result of blood, sweat, and tears... the blood being the groom's, when he sliced his leg while working on decorations, the sweat was that of all the dear family and friends who worked on all the adorable DIY details, but the tears... the tears were only of joy. Surrounded by so much love, Kyle and Katy had a perfect wedding day that I am truly honored to have been a part of.
I knew it was going to be a good day when we were able to start with a First Look.

Instead of the traditional bridesmaids on her side and groomsmen on his side, Katy and Kyle both had their respective sisters stand with them! I absolutely adore it when a bride and groom design their wedding after themselves and don't feel the need to follow tradition. :)
