I only have about a gazillion photos to upload but I'm still working on figuring out this whole Blogger storage situation. I am not happy with this sudden photo limit I'm incurring. *Grumble grumble sad face angry hurumph*
Blogger uses Picasa (a google owned site) to store the images, your blogger account will log you into the online picasa, but it has a cap on mb of free storage. You will probably have to work with Picasa to resolve. picasaweb.google.com
