Current obsession: PLANNING. This year I seem to have gotten complacent and... well... lazy. But I dug through my laundry and found my big girl pants again and now it's time to get back to work and make things happen! Because let's face it, it's NO freaking fun to wait. Currently thankful for: all my friends. Specifically; Mari, Brian, Mom, Rachel, Kelsey, Nicole, Dad, Sharman, Jean... you may not know how much you've been helping me lately but hopefully you know how much your friendships mean to me. ♥ ♥ ♥

Current favorite activity: planning the McBaby shower! I will never understand how anyone can plan a party without having an inspiration board, backstory, theme, menu, favors, custom invitations and dress code... what kind of "party" is that?! Oh yeah, you can be assured that I am going all Mari Sue McDonald on this baby shower! ;-) Watch out.

Currently listening to: I got a new favorite band called FUN. I actually went and bought their CD... that's how much I love their sound. Currently I have "Some Nights" on repeat. It gets me pumped every time I hear it, I think it's the drums that get me. And his voice. I love his voice.


Current favorite food: Eggs and toast. It's a classic and always tastes so good. I've been eating it every morning, usually with a little mayo on the toast plus tomatoes or salsa. Also, I think I finally actually like the taste of coffee. Never thought that would happen!

Currently missing: my Joshua. ALWAYS.
