Josh & Karen | Seattle Engagement Session

I thought for sure that they would be mad. Or annoyed. At the very least, any normal person would be second guessing their decision to hire me. I was late. And lost. And confused. My GPS was taking me directly to where I said to go... but it was clearly not where I was supposed to be. After an apologetic phone call, asking for directions, and re-entering the address into my GPS with the cross streets, I eventually turned a corner and saw them waiting for me. In the cold. But with smiles! *phew* As hellos and apologies were exchanged with "It's totally okay!", I was relieved to realize that they weren't going to fire me. [THANKS GUYS!] And then as we started our session, three things became abundantly clear clear: Karen and Josh are totally easy-going and AWESOME, Karen and Josh are so completely and totally in love, and I can NOT wait for their wedding next year!

Karen's BFF and roomate of 10 years, Brittany, came along to carry bags and coats, and she also provided plenty of comedy to get Josh and Karen laughing like this:
